What You'll Be Doing:
End-to-end payroll processing (monthly, accurate, on-time)
ESI & PF challan generation and filing
EPFO portal management – ECR filing, UAN, KYC, transfers
TDS under Section 192 | Form 16 preparation
Full & Final Settlement calculations
PT, Gratuity, and statutory compliance management
Payroll MIS reports for management
What We're Looking For:
2–5 years of payroll experience
Strong hands-on knowledge of ESI, PF/EPFO, PT & TDS (Salary)
Proficiency in challan generation via ESIC & EPFO portals
MS Excel expertise (VLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas)
Experience in payroll software (GreytHR / Keka / Spine preferred)
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday
3rd Saturday & 4th Saturday — OFF
Sunday — OFF
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
