- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
- Bookkeeping & Reconciliation: Accurately record daily financial transactions. Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to prevent discrepancies.
- Tax Compliance: Calculate, prepare, and submit tax returns (including corporate, GST, and payroll taxes) on time, while strictly complying with local regulations.
- Payroll Management: Process payroll efficiently by tracking timesheets, calculating wages, allowances, deductions, and bonuses.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing operational budgets, monitor budget adherence to control costs, and prepare financial forecasts.
- Auditing & Internal Controls: Conduct internal audits to verify financial documents, secure sensitive financial information, and maintain database backups.
