Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize our digital marketing strategies across all online channels. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, analytics, and marketing automation, with a strong focus on lead generation, brand growth, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Identify new growth opportunities through digital channels and emerging trends.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
- Optimize website content, structure, and performance for search engines.
- Track and improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Paid Advertising (PPC & Performance Marketing)
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social platforms.
- Manage campaigns for Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and App installs.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
Social Media Marketing
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
- Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement.
- Run paid social media campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Monitor social media analytics and performance metrics.
Content Marketing
- Collaborate with content writers and designers to create blogs, landing pages, videos, and creatives.
- Ensure content aligns with SEO, brand messaging, and conversion goals.
- Plan and execute content distribution strategies.
Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
- Design and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and drip campaigns.
- Segment audiences and personalize communication for higher engagement.
- Work with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Track open rates, CTRs, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and funnel performance.
- Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Optimize landing pages, forms, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and usability analysis.
- Improve user journey and marketing funnels.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Manage and mentor digital marketing executives and interns.
- Coordinate with sales, product, design, and external agencies.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical & Functional Skills
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of keyword tools, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, funnel management, and performance marketing.
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar).
- Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, and landing page optimization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B, B2C, SaaS, or product-based companies.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and affiliate marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
- Experience with AI tools and automation in digital marketing.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Digital marketing certifications are a plus.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
