We are a 25-year-old established Plastic Injection Moulding manufacturing unit with:
- 25 Injection Moulding Machines
- All machines equipped with robotic pickers
- Conveyorized movement to packing
- Integrated Assembly, Stores & Dispatch system
We are seeking a dynamic, process-driven Operations Coordinator who can bring discipline, inter-departmental control, and performance improvement.
Role Overview
The Operations Coordinator will act as a bridge between:
- Production
- Maintenance
- Quality
- Stores
- Dispatch
- Accounts
Ensuring smooth flow of materials, production planning, delivery commitments, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Process
- Improve cycle time scientifically
- Reduce rejection below 2%
- Monitor machine utilization & OEE
- Implement process locking & discipline
Mould & Maintenance
- Ensure preventive mould maintenance
- Track shot count
- Reduce breakdown hours
Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate production planning with dispatch schedule
- Monitor raw material availability
- Control regrind & material wastage
Dispatch & Accounts Coordination
- Ensure timely dispatch
- Monitor dispatch documentation
- Coordinate production data for billing
Reporting & Control
- Daily KPI monitoring
- Weekly performance review
- Monthly operational dashboard
Qualification Requirements
- Diploma / BE in Plastic / Mechanical / Production
- 7+ years in Plastic Injection Industry
- Experience as Operations Coordinator / Production Head / Senior Supervisor
- Strong process & mould knowledge
- Experience handling multiple departments
- Good communication & leadership skills
Candidate Preference

Salary Range
₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
(Performance-linked incentives additional)
High performers can earn ₹1.2L+ with KPI-based structure.
