What You'll Do

Manage execution for assigned client portfolios within our VCFO practice.

Review monthly financial closures, reconciliations, and MIS reports for accuracy and completeness.

Prepare and review management reports with financial insights, commentary, and key business observations.

Analyse revenue trends, profitability, margins, working capital, cash flow, and overall financial performance.

Support financial modelling, debt servicing analysis, breakeven analysis, and capital structure reviews.

Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of finance engagements.

Conduct first-level reviews before submissions to senior management.

Participate in discussions with founders and management teams, supporting strategic decision-making through financial insights.

Mentor junior team members while ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
Who We're Looking For

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Freshers are encouraged to apply

Articleship exposure in Virtual CFO (VCFO), Business Finance, or Financial Advisory

Strong understanding of financial statements, MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business finance

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment
