Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quotation Executive to prepare accurate quotations, cost estimates, and commercial proposals for our premium home furnishing projects. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and error-free quotation submissions.
Key ResponsibilitiesQuotation Preparation
- Prepare accurate quotations, cost estimates, and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
- Calculate material quantities, pricing, and project costs.
- Review project specifications, BOQs, drawings, and client requirements before preparing quotations.
- Revise quotations based on customer feedback, design changes, or management inputs.
Coordination
- Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, and Operations teams to collect product details and pricing.
- Obtain quotations and price updates from vendors whenever required.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations to the sales team or clients.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of quotations, cost sheets, pricing, and commercial proposals.
- Prepare comparative cost statements and pricing analysis using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain a database of product pricing and update it regularly.
Skills & Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Quotation Preparation, Estimation, or Proposal Management.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and spreadsheets).
- Good analytical, numerical, and costing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple quotations simultaneously.
