Job Description
Swarup Insurance Services is looking for enthusiastic and communication-focused Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining suitable insurance products, generating leads, and following up with interested customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using provided leads/data.
- Introduce and explain insurance products, plans, and benefits clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups with interested customers.
- Follow up with customers regularly to convert leads into successful business.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-up status.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further customer assistance and policy closure.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with every customer.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Telugu communication is required; basic English/Hindi will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or insurance sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
