SEO & Web Development Manager
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: 5:30 AM–2:30 PM IST, aligned with Australian business hours
Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month — Negotiable based on experience and proven results
MoveMyStuff Australia is looking for a hands-on SEO & Web Development Manager to drive organic growth, build high-converting landing pages, and improve website performance and lead generation.
This is a hybrid role for someone who can manage SEO strategy and independently implement website changes—not just provide recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimise WordPress websites and high-converting landing pages
- Manage Elementor/Gutenberg pages, themes, plugins, templates, forms, and website updates
- Implement technical SEO fixes, including redirects, schema, canonicals, sitemaps, indexing, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, search-intent mapping, and content optimisation
- Improve page speed, mobile responsiveness, usability, accessibility, and conversion rates
- Set up and validate GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, form tracking, call tracking, and conversion tracking
- Create service, location, campaign, and organic landing pages
- Optimise websites and content for AEO and GEO, including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, and Gemini
- Use AI tools to improve SEO research, content briefs, internal linking, and workflow efficiency
Must-Have Skills
Strong WordPress experience, including Elementor and/or Gutenberg
Hands-on HTML and CSS knowledge
Basic JavaScript troubleshooting skills
Experience with website development, technical SEO, and landing-page optimisation
Knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Screaming Frog. Strong understanding of SEO, local SEO, conversion-rate optimization, AEO, and GEO
Ability to share proven SEO results, landing-page case studies, and measurable performance data
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
