Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery operations for chemical and petrochemical products.
- Arrange transportation through approved transporters and logistics partners.
- Monitor shipment movements and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Prepare and verify logistics documentation including Tax Invoices, E-Way Bills, Delivery Challans, LR Copies, Transporter Receipts, and Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, transporters, and customers for smooth execution of orders.
- Track tanker, container, and parcel movements and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, and regulatory requirements applicable to chemical products.
- Maintain dispatch records, freight records, and transporter databases.
- Resolve delivery delays, shortages, damages, and customer logistics concerns.
- Monitor freight costs and support logistics cost optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Warehouse teams for seamless order fulfilment.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- MBA (Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, or equivalent) candidates are welcome to apply.
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, supply chain, or operations. Fresh MBA graduates with relevant internship or project experience may also be considered.
- Prior experience in the chemical, petrochemical, lubricant, polymer, or industrial products industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of GST documentation, E-Way Bills, and transportation processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with tanker movements, bulk shipments, and industrial logistics.
- Good understanding of transporter management and freight negotiation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet operational deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
