Position: Export Merchandiser
Industry: Textiles / Garments / Home Textiles
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle export orders from order receipt to final shipment.
- Coordinate with buyers regarding product specifications, sampling, approvals, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with production, planning, quality, and dispatch departments to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare and maintain order sheets, T&A (Time & Action) calendars, and production status reports.
- Coordinate with fabric, trims, and accessories suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and quality standards.
- Arrange shipment documentation and coordinate with freight forwarders and CHA.
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve buyer queries and provide regular order updates.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of export documentation and international trade procedures.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and email correspondence.
- Understanding of textile manufacturing processes.
Qualification:
- Graduate / MBA (Marketing, International Business, Textile Management preferred)
Experience:
- 2–8 years in Export Merchandising within the Textile/Garment industry.
Salary:
- As per experience and company standards.

- Merchandising Manager / Head of Exports
