Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Travel Management
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings
Meeting Coordination
- Schedule meetings and prepare agendas
- Record meeting minutes and track follow-ups
Document & Communication Management
- Draft, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, emails, and official documents
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and communication professionally
Expense & Budget Management
- Prepare expense reports and maintain records
- Track budgets and office-related expenses
Project & Research Support
- Conduct research and assist with business and personal projects
- Support leadership in strategic and operational tasks
Confidentiality & Personal Assistance
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist in personal coordination, events, errands, and family-related tasks
- Travel with MD personal meet and all.
Office & Event Management
- Ensure smooth office operations and documentation management
- Represent the Director at official events and corporate gatherings when required
Working Conditions
Flexible work hours with occasional weekend availability
Occasional travel for business and personal assignments
Participation in official events and corporate functions as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
