- Operate and set up lathe machines to produce precision metal components.
- Handle special purpose machines (SPM) and ensure smooth operation.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
- Perform machining operations such as turning, facing, threading, drilling, and boring.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Maintain machine tools and perform routine checks to ensure efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with supervisors and production teams to meet daily targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Key Skills Required:
1. Hands-on experience with lathe machine operations.
2. Knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, and SPM handling.
3. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
4. Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
5. Basic understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing setup.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
