Key Responsibilities
Manage the service operations of Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs).
Ensure high-quality customer service and customer satisfaction.
Supervise and guide service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff.
Monitor vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Ensure adherence to Mahindra service standards and safety procedures.
Coordinate with parts and warranty departments for efficient service delivery.
Handle customer complaints and resolve technical/service-related issues.
Track workshop productivity and service performance metrics.
Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Automobile, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience in automobile service operations preferred.
Knowledge of electric vehicle systems and diagnostics is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and service management systems.
Salary: Based on experience and interview performance.
Location: Vayalat Mahindra Automobiles.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
