Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and responsible Chemistry teachers for classes 11-12 to join our tuition centre in Koothattukulam. Candidates with prior teaching experience are preferred. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about teaching, capable of handling responsibilities independently and committed to supporting students academically.
Responsibilities:
- Teach students in a clear, concept-based and engaging manner
- Prepare and conduct classes effectively according to the syllabus
- Support students with doubts, revisions and exam preparation
- Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment
- Track student performance and contribute towards academic improvement
- Coordinate professionally with management when required
Requirements:
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills
- Prior teaching experience preferred
- Responsible, punctual and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to manage classes independently without constant supervision
- Genuine interest in student development and learning outcomes
