Role scope
You own the financial component of every product in the Assembly Line, defining the cost structure through direct supplier engagement and determining the competitive selling price . Your work ensures profitability and requires commercial judgment, meticulous data capture, and an understanding of platform capabilities and limitations.
Key responsibilities
- Buying price determination: Proactively contact and vet suppliers to secure the lowest feasible net rates, considering all inclusions, exclusions, and payment terms.
- Selling price determination: Calculate the final selling price based on operational expenses, margin, and commission, ensuring competitive alignment for both RFQ-based and Non-RFQ-based products.
- Supplier relationship management: Proactively manage the vetting, contracting, and onboarding process for new suppliers. This includes building long-term positive relationships to ensure supplier success and loyalty, clarifying complex pricing models and ensuring compliance with our booking/operational requirements.
- Documentation and system feedback: Document all buying and selling price rates and supplier terms. Flag new pricing model requirements for the Tech Development team.

Location and work model
This is a remote position. The role requires flexibility to support a global 24/7 operation.
Required qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in a commercial, procurement, or supplier-facing role, ideally within travel, hospitality, or a service industry
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate rates and terms with external partners and to reach agreements
- Comfortable calculating margins, markups, and selling prices from cost inputs
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working with ground service suppliers or equivalent knowledge of how local service pricing is structured
- Experience using a CRM, supplier database, or similar system to record rates, terms, and supplier status
Compensation
The compensation for this role is competitive, ranging from €300 to €400 per month, commensurate with experience and local market conditions.
