Job Summary:
Responsible for overall management of the jewellery store, driving sales and profitability, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Leads the sales team to achieve business objectives through effective leadership, operational excellence, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning across sales, billing, and inventory.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and team motivation.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Supervise and guide the sales team on product knowledge, selling techniques, and service excellence.
- Maintain accurate stock levels, manage inventory audits, and minimize shrinkage.
- Handle high-value transactions and ensure strict compliance with company policies and statutory norms.
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and HR teams for promotions, replenishment, and manpower needs.
- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly sales reports and present performance insights to management.
