Job Title: Emversity Ambassador Intern
Location: Remote / Hybrid Internship
Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
Duration: 2-6 Months (with possibility of extension or PPO based on performance)
Role Overview:
As an Emversity Ambassador Intern, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance through direct customer engagement, lead management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Your work will directly impact the company's revenue pipeline and customer acquisition strategies
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Engagement
Lead Engagement: Initiate outbound communication (primarily calls) with potential customers sourced from company-generated leads.
● Follow-Up: Maintain proactive communication with leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms to nurture interest.
● Lead Qualification: Evaluate prospects based on predefined criteria to assess their interest, need, and readiness to buy.
● Appointment Setting: Schedule calls/meetings for the Field Sales Team with qualified leads.
Sales Support
● Closing the Deal: Support the Field Sales Team by preparing leads for conversion, handling objections, and facilitating the negotiation process.
● Product Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of Emversity's offerings to effectively communicate their benefits to prospects
CRM & Data Management
● CRM Management: Accurately log and update all lead interactions, progress, and statuses in the CRM system.
● Sales Audit: Assist in conducting sales audits to assess lead flow, conversion rates, and data accuracy.
Data Analytics & Reporting
● Analytics: Analyze lead performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
● Reporting: Create and present regular reports on lead metrics, engagement KPIs, and sales outcomes.
Collaboration
● Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure strategic alignment in outreach and campaign initiatives.
● Contribute feedback and insights to improve lead generation quality and conversion strategies
