Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant with deep expertise in o9 Solutions’ supply planning,
Allocation & Replenishment, Forecasting capabilities. The ideal candidate will lead the configuration
and implementation of the o9 platform for global supply planning transformation initiatives. You’ll
work closely with business stakeholders, planners, and technical teams to deliver scalable and value driven planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and configure o9 modules accordingly.
- Conduct functional testing and validate business scenarios.
- Provide subject matter expertise in supply planning, Allocation & Replenishment and
forecasting.
- Support end-users during UAT and post-go-live phases.
- Document functional specifications and process flows.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning with at least 3+ years’ hands-on experience
in o9 Supply Planning.
- Strong functional knowledge of supply planning processes: Allocation & Replenishment,
Forecasting
- Proven experience implementing or configuring o9 Solutions modules.
- Understanding data modeling, constraint-based planning, and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with integration of o9 with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
Preferred Skills:
- o9 certifications or training in supply planning modules.
- Experience in Retail , CPG industries.
- Exposure to Agile project methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
