We're a 30-person video editing company in Mumbai looking for someone who can own our people ops end-to-end.
You'll handle:
- keeping a steady hiring pipeline running,
- PF/insurance/legal compliance,
- salary & incentive negotiations & disbursals
- office hunting, basic accounting, misc. tasks, events, etc.
- team management, and employee satisfaction
- company PR across social media in co-ordination with social media team
