Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online business.
You will be responsible for managing our e-commerce website, product catalogue, inventory, online merchandising, promotions, and marketplace operations. You will also work closely with the Marketing, Operations, and Logistics teams to improve the online shopping experience and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the company's e-commerce website using Shopify and similar platforms.
- Maintain product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
- Ensure the website catalogue is accurate and up to date.
- Manage online merchandising and product visibility.
- Coordinate product launches, offers, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Track online sales, orders, conversions, and other key e-commerce metrics.
- Analyse sales and website data to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team for digital campaigns and promotions.
- Manage operations on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra, Blinkit and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with Operations and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment.
- Identify and resolve website, product, inventory, or order-related issues.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to improve the customer shopping experience.
- Prepare regular e-commerce performance reports and updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce management or operations.
- Experience in fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, D2C, or retail is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Experience managing product catalogues, pricing, inventory, and online merchandising.
- Experience with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, etc. and quick commerce like Blinkit, Instamart, etc.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales metrics.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
