Junior Executive – Customer Experience & Operations
Experience: 0–1 year | Freshers with the right attitude welcome
What you'll be doing:
✅ Managing orders on Shopify & Shiprocket
✅ Tracking shipments, handling NDRs, RTOs & returns
✅ Coordinating with warehouse & courier partners
✅ Handling customer queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Email & Calls
✅ Processing exchanges, refunds & reverse pickups
✅ Maintaining daily reports on Google Sheets
What we're looking for:
- Good communication in English & Hindi
- Organised, fast learner, problem-solver
- Comfortable with e-commerce tools & basic reporting
- Willing to travel to Bhiwandi (warehouse) & Vashi (factory) a few times a month
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
