Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC maintenance work.

Monitor and maintain lighting, air-conditioning systems, water supply systems, and other engineering equipment.

Ensure all engineering logs, checklists, and maintenance records are accurately maintained.

Follow all hotel safety procedures and engineering SOPs.

Ensure compliance with fire, life safety, and health regulations.

Report any safety hazards, equipment failures, or maintenance concerns immediately.

Support fire drills and emergency response procedures as required.

Respond to guest maintenance complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Minimize disruption to guests while carrying out repair work.

Maintain a positive and service-oriented attitude at all times.

Monitor utility consumption and support energy-saving initiatives.

Ensure equipment operates efficiently to reduce energy wastage.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of engineering workshops, stores, and plant rooms.

Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related technical field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel engineering or facility maintenance.

Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.

Basic understanding of safety regulations and preventive maintenance practices.
