Job Role: IT RecruiterRequirements:
- 1+ year experience in IT Recruitment
- Good understanding of IT technologies & roles
- Experience in sourcing through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment process
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen IT candidates
- Coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain candidate database in ATS/CRM
- Achieve hiring targets within timelines
