Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive with hands-on experience in Government Tendering and e-Procurement. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, preparing, submitting, and managing government tenders across various departments and portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and monitor government tenders from GeM, CPPP, UP e-Tender, PWD, CPWD, Jal Nigam, Avash Vikas, Nagar Nigam, Development Authorities, and other government portals.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and submit Technical Bid and Financial Bid within stipulated deadlines.
- Coordinate with management, accounts, purchase, and project teams for collection of tender-related documents.
- Prepare EMD, Tender Fees, Bank Guarantees (BG), affidavits, declarations, undertakings, and statutory documents.
- Upload tender documents on e-procurement portals and ensure error-free submission.
- Maintain tender trackers, bid status reports, and documentation records.
- Follow up with government departments regarding corrigendums, clarifications, bid openings, and award status.
- Handle vendor registrations, department registrations, and portal updates.
- Coordinate for post-award documentation, agreement execution, performance security, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Government Tender Process and e-Tendering portals.
- Experience in GeM Portal, CPPP, UP e-Tender, PWD/CPWD procurement systems.
- Good understanding of tender documentation, BOQ, EMD, BG, and contract conditions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PDF tools, DSC (Digital Signature Certificate), and online portal operations.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and work under strict deadlines.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BA / B.Tech / Diploma or equivalent).
- Prior experience with a Government Contractor, Construction Company, Infrastructure Company, or EPC Contractor will be preferred.
Salary: Best in the industry (Based on experience)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
