Job Summary:
Joseph Advertisers is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns with a strong focus on revenue generation and ROI.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience in managing paid media campaigns and delivering measurable growth in leads, conversions, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
- Drive revenue growth through lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
- Implement remarketing and funnel-based marketing strategies.
- Identify new growth opportunities and scaling strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Past experience in Dubai, UAE
- Proven track record of revenue generation through paid campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
