Key Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in and telephonic customer enquiries professionally.
- Schedule and confirm vehicle service appointments.
- Welcome customers and coordinate with the service team.
- Keep customers informed about service progress and estimated delivery time.
- Conduct post-service feedback and satisfaction calls.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/software regularly.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Workshop staff for smooth operations.
- Promote service offers, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and value-added services.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain service-related documentation.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and CRM software).
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
