Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Chemistry Faculty for JEE and NEET preparation. The candidate should possess strong subject expertise in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry and be capable of guiding students toward achieving top ranks in competitive examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Chemistry to JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET aspirants.
- Develop and deliver high-quality classroom lectures and study materials.
- Prepare question banks, assignments, practice sheets, and mock tests.
- Analyze students' performance and provide personalized mentoring.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.
- Stay updated with the latest JEE/NEET syllabus, exam patterns, and trends.
- Create effective teaching strategies to improve student performance.
- Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and faculty meetings.
Requirements
- M.Sc. Chemistry / B.Tech / M.Tech from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience teaching JEE/NEET Chemistry.
- Strong command over Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
- Proven track record of producing excellent student results.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in reputed coaching institutes.
- Ability to teach advanced problem-solving techniques.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
