Job Description:
We are hiring a skilled Civil Engineer to manage and execute construction projects efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring quality work at the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and supervise construction work
- Execute work as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily reports (DPR)
- Ensure quality control and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams
- Handle site documentation and reporting (MIS)
- Assist in estimation, billing, and reconciliation
- Manage materials and civil store activities
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 1–5 years of experience in construction/site work
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic engineering drawings
- Basic knowledge of ERP software (preferred)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of civil materials and site execution
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
