We need International Air Ticketing Executives for our Company

Guruvayur (East Nada)
Angamally (opp to Joy alukkas, ksrtc bus stand)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- All Ticketing Activities: such as Issuance, Re-issuance, Re-validation, on Galileo
- Cancellation and Refunds
- Documenting all activities
- Follow ups with customers and clients for existing reservations.
- Meeting monthly performance metrics
- Knowledge on Visa, passport, attestation, railway bookings and deal tickets will be an added benefit.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- knowledge of GDS ( Galileo ) will be added advantage
- 1 year + experience in international Ticketing.
- 1year GDS experience will be a added advantage
- Flexible to work
- Should be a team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
