Dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our premium gym showroom. You will assist customers in selecting world-class fitness and wellness solutions, deliver exceptional customer service, conduct product demonstrations, and contribute to achieving showroom sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a premium shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable fitness and wellness products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features and benefits.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain showroom presentation, product displays, and merchandising standards.
- Stay updated on Technogym products and wellness trends.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in retail sales, luxury retail, fitness equipment, sports, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Passion for fitness and wellness with a consultative selling approach.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
