About the Role:
As an Associate – Talent at Teachmint, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s end-to-end talent initiatives, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employer branding, and talent operations. You will work closely with the Talent and HR teams to attract high-quality candidates, ensure a seamless recruitment experience, and contribute to ongoing improvements in people practices. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building strong teams and creating positive candidate and employee experiences in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.

Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand role requirements, timelines, and success profiles.
- Utilize job portals, social media platforms, internal databases, and referral networks to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate and job data.

Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, pipeline health) to drive continuous improvement.
- Support onboarding processes by coordinating documentation, induction planning, and communication with new hires.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, social media campaigns, and campus engagement programs.
- Assist in talent-related projects, including talent pipeline development, market mapping, and internal mobility initiatives.

Ensure a high-quality candidate experience by maintaining timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Stay up to date on industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices to suggest innovative approaches and tools.
Skills & Competencies:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced or technology-driven organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously across different functions and levels.

Proficiency in using ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and professional networking sites like LinkedIn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder management and relationship-building.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and interpreting recruitment data and trends.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a passion for people and process excellence.
