Roles & Responsibilities
A. Litigation & Representation
- Appearance before Courts, Tribunals, Commissions, Authorities, RERA Forums, Consumer Forums, Arbitration Tribunals, and other judicial/quasi-judicial bodies.
- Conducting hearings, arguments, evidence proceedings, and legal representation.
- Filing and pursuing cases, appeals, revisions, complaints, and petitions.
B. Legal Drafting & Documentation
- Drafting legal notices, replies, complaints, appeals, petitions, written statements, affidavits, agreements, contracts, and legal opinions.
- Vetting contracts, commercial documents, and compliance-related documents.
- Reviewing and advising on legal risks and contractual obligations.
C. Advisory & Consultation
- Providing legal consultations to clients referred by LASA Consultants & Organisation.
- Offering strategic legal opinions and case assessment.
- Advising clients on compliance, dispute resolution, and risk mitigation.
D. Cyber Crime & Digital Law Assignments
- Handling cyber fraud, online financial fraud, data privacy, digital evidence, and IT Act-related matters.
- Assisting in complaint drafting, investigations, and representation before relevant authorities and courts.
E. RERA & Real Estate Matters
- Representation before RERA Authorities and Appellate Tribunals.
- Drafting and filing RERA complaints, replies, appeals, and settlement documentation.
- Advising developers, allottees, associations, and stakeholders on RERA compliance.
F. Case Management & Reporting
- Maintaining professional communication with assigned clients.
- Providing timely status updates and hearing reports.
- Ensuring confidentiality of client information and documents.
Engagement Models
1. Retainership Model
Under this arrangement, the Advocate/Legal Expert shall:
- Provide periodic legal consultation and advisory support.
- Attend scheduled client meetings (physical or virtual).
- Assist in drafting, review, and legal strategy discussions.
- Offer priority support for assigned matters.
- Receive a mutually agreed monthly/quarterly retainership fee.
2. Case-to-Case Assignment Model
Under this arrangement:
- Specific matters shall be assigned based on expertise and jurisdiction.
- Professional fees shall be mutually agreed before commencement of the assignment.
- Scope of work, timelines, and deliverables shall be defined on a case-specific basis.
3. Revenue Sharing Model
- Matters sourced by LASA Consultants & Organisation may be assigned to associated advocates based on expertise and location.
- Professional fees received from clients may be shared on mutually agreed commercial terms depending upon:
- Nature of Assignment
- Scope of Work
- Level of Involvement
- Court Appearances
- Drafting Responsibilities
- Client Handling Requirements
- Revenue sharing percentages shall be finalized separately for each assignment or through a standing arrangement.
Eligibility Criteria
- Valid Bar Council Enrollment.
- Relevant professional experience in the concerned practice area.
- Strong drafting, litigation, advisory, and client management skills.
- Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and quality service.

Professional Association
Empanelment shall be non-exclusive in nature and intended to facilitate mutual professional cooperation, referral support, litigation management, advisory services, and client assistance on a long-term basis.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
