Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and oversee hotel, fabrication, and production partnerships.
- Strategic Innovation: Pitch trend-driven ideas and production tech to enhance client briefs and event experiences.
- On-Site Execution: Own end-to-end production, including stage design, AV, show flow, and console management.
- Operations & Finance: Manage precise event timelines and budgets to ensure high-quality delivery with zero financial leakage.
- Reporting: Maintain rigorous documentation of vendor contracts, checklists, and final settlements.
