Job description:
Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day outlet operations
- Supervise staff and shift management
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Manage billing, stock, and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams
- Maintain product quality for coffee and baked items
- Handle opening and closing procedures
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Supervisor in café, bakery, restaurant, or QSR
- Good communication and team handling skills
- Basic billing/POS knowledge preferred
- Flexible for rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
