About the Role
As an AI/ML Developer, you’ll help build AI-powered capabilities for ArcMart.
You’ll work on applying modern AI/ML technologies to real-world problems across the home improvement and construction ecosystem — from intelligent recommendations and search to automation, customer assistance, and operational intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate AI/ML-powered features into ArcMart.
- Work with LLMs and modern AI APIs.
- Build intelligent search and recommendation systems.
- Develop AI-powered automation and workflows.
- Work with structured and unstructured data.
- Design and implement ML/AI pipelines.
- Experiment with different models, prompts, and approaches.
- Evaluate AI system performance and continuously improve results.
- Integrate AI services into ArcMart's backend and product infrastructure.
- Work closely with frontend, backend, and product teams.
- Research emerging AI technologies and identify practical applications.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills, preferably Python.
- Understanding of machine learning fundamentals.
- Experience with LLMs and generative AI.
- Familiarity with APIs and AI model integration.
- Understanding of data processing and evaluation.
- Knowledge of frameworks/tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, etc. is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to move from experimentation to production.
Nice to have: Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, agents, recommendation systems, NLP, computer vision, or production AI systems.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Noida, Uttar Pradesh
