About the Role
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive for our showroom/store who can handle walk-in clients, understand their requirements, and convert inquiries into sales. The candidate should have good communication skills and a professional personality suitable for dealing with premium clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in clients and explain products/services professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable design solutions.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Coordinate with designers and execution team for smooth client handling.
- Maintain client database and follow up regularly.
- Prepare quotations and assist in closing deals.
- Ensure proper showroom presentation and customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sales and negotiation abilities.
- Professional appearance and client handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of interiors/modular kitchens/wardrobes is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email, CRM, etc.).
Qualifications
- Graduate in any field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail/store sales preferred.
- Experience in interior, furniture, modular kitchen, or luxury retail industry will be an advantage.
