Roles and Responsibilities : -
* Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on Event Management.
* Teach students both theoretical and practical aspects of the event industry.
* Guide students through event planning, execution, operations, marketing, client servicing, sponsorships, and event coordination.
* Accompany and mentor students during live events, exhibitions, conferences, weddings, corporate events, and other industry projects for hands-on exposure.
* Conduct classes in both online and offline formats.
* Monitor student performance, attendance, assignments, and practical learning outcomes.
* Create a positive learning environment for students aged 16 to 45+ years.
* Motivate students and help them build confidence, communication skills, and industry readiness.
* Coordinate with the academic team to ensure quality learning experiences.
Eligibility Criteria
* Excellent teaching, presentation, and communication skills.
* Strong command of spoken and written English.
* Comfortable teaching students from diverse backgrounds and age groups.
* Ability to conduct both online and offline sessions.
* Passion for training, mentoring, and student development.
* Prior experience in teaching, training, coaching, or mentoring is preferred.
Event Industry Experience Not Mandatory
Candidates with no prior experience in the event management industry are also encouraged to apply.
Event University will provide:
