Hiring: Email Marketing & Campaign Executive (HubSpot)
Location: Noida (Sector 142) | Full-Time | Immediate Joining
Appnox Technologies is looking for an Email Marketing & Campaign Executive who can independently plan, execute, and optimize B2B outbound campaigns using HubSpot.
This is not a content writing role. We need someone who understands campaign execution, lead enrichment, segmentation, automation, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute B2B email campaigns using HubSpot.
- Create email sequences, workflows, journeys, and automation.
- Manage contact lists, segmentation, and audience targeting.
- Enrich leads using Apollo.io and other data sources.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospect research and account targeting.
- Import, clean, validate, and maintain CRM data.
- Monitor campaign performance (Open Rate, CTR, Reply Rate, Bounce Rate, Deliverability).
- Perform A/B testing on subject lines, email copy, and sequences.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified meetings.
- Ensure email deliverability by following best practices.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B email marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- Experience creating workflows, sequences, and email automation.
- Good understanding of Apollo.io for lead sourcing and enrichment.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Knowledge of email deliverability, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and domain reputation is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is preferred.

- SaaS or IT services company.
- International outbound marketing (US, UK, Europe).
- Experience with CRM integrations and lead lifecycle management.
