Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drive arrangements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange options.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, messages, and visits.
- Maintain customer records and update leads in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and dealership KPIs.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and local market campaigns.
- Generate referrals and repeat business from existing customers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
