Career Growth (Based on Performance, Not Time)
- 0-6 months: Learn fast, execute, prove yourself
- 6-12 months: Move into Junior Engineer / Team Leader roles
- Beyond: Growth is uncapped - depends on output, not experience

Who Should Apply
- B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical or Electrical)
- 0-1 year experience
- High energy, self-driven, serious about growth
- Willing to work on the shop floor and learn the ground reality
- Strong ownership mindset
Compensation
- ₹20,000/month for first 6 months
- After 6 months: Performance-based salary revision
(High performers grow fast - no fixed ceiling mindset)
