Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Urban Planning or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical, design, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in planning and design tools (GIS, AutoCAD, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design urban planning projects and master plans
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and research
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and sustainability standards
