Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and administer end-to-end market research projects
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Team Lead
- Maintain and update daily status trackers for all ongoing projects
- Conduct back-checks of respondents and coordinate them for interviews, surveys, and audits
- Manage and align mystery audits, including briefing auditors and collecting required documentation (audio, images, reports)
- Ensure auditors accurately complete survey forms post-audit
- Listen to audio recordings and update data sheets or prepare transcripts as required
- Conduct telephonic interviews (non-sales) with respondents
- Manage vendors, including project briefing, follow-ups, and negotiations
- Provide regular project status updates to clients as per requirements
- Maintain project MIS reports and share updates with relevant stakeholders
- Take complete ownership of projects from initiation to completion
- Draft and send professional email communications
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Communicate fluently in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
