Vendor Manager – Field Operations
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-time | Field-Based
Experience Required:
- MSW graduates and freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior exposure to field operations, vendor coordination, site supervision, logistics, project execution, or on-site operational work will be preferred.
- Practical field experience and willingness to work on-ground will be considered an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills required.
- Comfortable traveling across Pune for field visits and project-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and on-ground teams for project execution.
- Monitor daily field activities and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Conduct regular site visits and identify operational issues or delays.
- Assist in maintaining project quality standards and monitoring material usage.
- Support documentation related to vendors, permissions, invoices, quotations, and reports.
- Coordinate transportation, logistics, and resource allocation when required.
- Track project progress and provide updates to management.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
- MSW, Graduate degree, Diploma, or equivalent practical field experience preferred.
- Candidates from field operations, NGO projects, construction coordination, logistics, interiors, or vendor management backgrounds may apply.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field-based coordination or project operations roles.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently in field environments.
- Comfortable with regular travel across Pune for site visits and operational activities.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
