Job description: We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead our organic growth. You will be the face and voice of our brand, responsible for filming, editing, and managing our daily social presence.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Script, film, and edit high-quality Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.
- Platform Management: Manage daily posting and engagement on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Copywriting: Write engaging captions and hooks that stop the scroll.
- Trend Analysis: Identify viral trends and sounds early to keep our content relevant.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments/DMs and build a loyal community.
- Strategy: Collaborate with the Media Buyer to ensure organic content supports paid ad goals.
Requirements:
- Portfolio Required: Proven experience in creating short-form video content (Reels/TikTok).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile editing apps (CapCut, InShot) and Canva.
- Creative Spark: Ability to brainstorm unique ideas and execute them independently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Reliability: Self-motivated and able to meet strict posting deadlines.
Location: Oberoi Garden Estate, Chandivali, Powai, Mumbai
Preference: Candidates with a strong personal social media presence or portfolio are encouraged to apply.
