Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote sessions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Resolve technical issues within defined SLAs.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical guidance.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and system troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of hardware, software, and remote support tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
- 1–2.5 years of experience in Technical Support, Desktop Support, or IT Support.
