Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing operations, ensure quality patient care, and manage nursing staff across hospital departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff duties across wards and critical units
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and patient care standards
- Monitor patient care quality and nursing practices
- Manage duty rosters and staff allocation
- Train and guide nursing staff for improved performance
- Handle patient care escalations and coordinate with doctors and departments
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: BSc Nursing / GNM with supervisory experience
- Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in hospital nursing, with supervisory exposure preferred
- Valid nursing registration required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage shifts and emergency situations
