Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Draughtsman to prepare and modify interior working drawings for commercial projects such as corporate offices, retail outlets, and fit-out works. The candidate will support the design and execution teams by ensuring accurate and timely preparation of drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D working drawings using AutoCAD
- Develop:
- Furniture layout plans
- Partition & drywall layouts
- Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP)
- Electrical & lighting layouts
- Flooring layouts
- Elevations & sectional details
- Joinery & shop drawings
- Revise drawings based on client comments and site updates
- Coordinate with design and project execution teams
- Maintain drawing revisions and documentation records
- Assist in preparation of as-built drawings after project completion
- Ensure drawings are accurate and aligned with site conditions
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & Sketchup
- Knowledge of commercial interior materials and finishes
- Understanding of construction detailing and site execution process
- Ability to read BOQ and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Good coordination and communication skills
Qualification
- B Tech in Civil/Diploma in Civil / Architecture / Interior Design
- AutoCAD certification preferred
Experience
- 2–4years in commercial interior / fit-out projects
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
