Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and talented Fresher Frontend Developer specializing in React.js and Next.js. You will work closely with senior developers to build web applications and integrate APIs. While this is an entry-level role, we highly value candidates with strong foundational knowledge, a proactive mindset, leadership potential, and a willingness to learn and grow within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using React.js and Next.js.
- API Integration: Connect backend REST APIs / GraphQL with the frontend to fetch and display data.
- Learning & Mentorship: Actively participate in training sessions, take feedback from senior mentors, and quickly adapt to project requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement new features.
- Ownership: Take initiative in internal team discussions, showcase problem-solving skills, and help peers whenever possible (Leadership potential).
Required Technical Skills:
- Foundations: Strong basics in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Frameworks: Good understanding of React.js concepts (Hooks, State, Props). Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with Next.js is a big advantage.
- API Basics: Knowledge of how APIs work (Fetch API, Axios) and how to handle JSON data.
- Tools: Basic understanding of Git and GitHub for version control.
Preferred Qualities (Soft Skills):
- Leadership Potential: Experience leading college project teams or technical fests is highly appreciated.
- Communication: Ability to express ideas clearly and work well in a team environment.
- Eagerness to Learn: A strong desire to learn new technologies and tools under the guidance of a mentor.
