Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Technical Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing solutions within the BC environment, working closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to implement scalable and efficient ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL language.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create and modify APIs, integrations, and reports in Business Central.
- Work on performance tuning and code optimization.
- Participate in design and architecture discussions for new implementations.
- Provide technical support and resolve issues related to BC customizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, QA, and project managers.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow coding best practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of hands-on development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV/BC).
- Strong proficiency in AL language, with a good understanding of extensions and the modern development environment (VS Code).
- Experience with C/AL and upgrade projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of web services (SOAP/ODATA/APIs) for integration with third-party systems.
- Familiarity with SQL Server, Power Platform (Power BI/Power Automate) is a plus.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to debug issues independently.
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV.
- Experience working in agile project environments.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps for source control and pipeline management.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
