Expert House Chartered Accountants is seeking an AI & Growth Automation Specialist to streamline and automate our sales, marketing, lead generation, and business development processes. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools, automation platforms, and CRM systems to improve efficiency, generate qualified leads, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven automation for sales, marketing, and lead generation.
- Automate lead capture, nurturing, qualification, and follow-up processes.
- Integrate CRM systems with marketing and sales platforms.
- Develop AI-powered workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Make, Zapier, n8n, HubSpot, Zoho, and similar platforms.
- Automate email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Build AI chatbots and virtual assistants for customer engagement and lead qualification.
- Create dashboards and reports to track lead generation and conversion performance.
- Identify business processes that can be improved through AI and automation.
- Train internal teams on AI tools and workflow automation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in AI automation, marketing automation, or business process automation.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), and automation platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Power Automate.
- Knowledge of lead generation, digital marketing, and sales processes.
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and data workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI agents and chatbot development.
- Experience with LinkedIn automation and email outreach systems.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and lead generation funnels.
- Experience working with professional services, accounting, or consulting firms.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
